Job Description:
Frozen Ribbons Shaved Ice Cream is looking for an Independent Franchise Consultant for our award winning Ice Cream Brand which is embarking on an aggressive growth trajectory in India!
Your Mission:
* Serve as a business consultant to candidates applying to become franchisees.
* Provide tools, counsel, and advises to candidates in all aspects of their proposed business and store operations, including food and labor cost control; expense control; overall financial analysis; safety and sanitation; product quality control; training; customer relations; marketing; development; and supply chain.
* Serve as a liaison between the company and candidates requesting consideration to become franchisees for assigned markets.
* Provide support to candidates requesting consideration to become franchisees in site development, training, operations, marketing, financial services, and overall understanding of the company.
* Assist candidates requesting consideration to become franchisees, in reviewing business plans.
* Maintain appropriate documentation for all candidates requesting consideration to become franchisees.
* Aid in developing materials and making presentation at special meetings as requested.
* Perform other franchise support or recruiting activities as required.
* 2 - 4 years of restaurant/franchise operations experience.
* Quick service, multi-unit franchise operations, and/or hospitality industry experience.
* Strong ability to build relationships, effectively communicate and positively influence candidates and other key constituents.
* Strong financial acumen, analysis/problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results.
* Possesses a high degree of drive with a proven track record of achieving results.
* Excellent communication (written and oral), organization and problem solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
